In case of emergencies please notify us with as much time as possible. In some cases if given more than 60 days notice, we can do our best to transfer your deposit to another retreat date. We will always try our best to work with you but last minute changes are nearly impossible for us. Cancelations made 60 days within the retreat date window are not refundable or transferable.
