Jane Mayer

Jane Mayer is a medicine woman, creative, doula, and guide to the unseen realms, who delights in supporting humans and Earth in coming fully alive. Her life’s work has been greatly influenced by over a decade of medicine work and plant dieta with Shipibo elders, woven with other streams of indigenous medicine from Peru, Hawaii, and her ancestral home in Ireland, alongside a devotion to the tantric meditation mysteries. Born in the deep South, into the Episcopal Church in Alabama, she has been on a life-long path of restoring The Mother to her rightful throne in her inner landscape, and honors all of these indigenous lineages for weaving their memory through her body, so that she can channel the memory of Christ born THROUGH the Mother. She travels the world on these golden threads, listening for the landscapes that want to share their stories and medicine, and she is humbled and honored that the Black Madonna has called. Alongside a breadth of shamanic practice, and she holds a depth of knowledge in the nervous system, subtle body, and the somatic experience of awakening, and weaves story and song that guides us back to the Altar of Life.

She is a mama to an 18-month old son, (who she conceived and birthed naturally after over a decade of diagnosed infertility), a wife to a devoted medicine keeper and practitioner, and is devoted to the Heart of this Great Mystery. To learn more, visit  iamjanemayer.com.

Leading up to the in-person event, Jane will hold a virtual community container of preparation and integration, orienting you to the landscape of the Mother wound, offering practices and perspectives to prepare you to meet the medicine in your body, as well as weaving memory, myth and song of the Black Madonna, the Christlight, and the land of Southern France and Northern Spain. On retreat, she will offer guided visits to sacred sites, workshops in womb healing, voice reclamation, intuitive and conscious conception (of children and creations), and the feminine path of Awakening. Her son Oran, and husband Richy, will also be with her, periodically weaving in and out of our spaces to give Mama a hug, as well as offering Spanish translation, fairy giggles, and land offerings
